Field Patient Educator

Join Innovaxcess in bringing vital patient support services directly to hospitals, clinics,Pharmacies and factories across Alexandria. As a Field Patient Educator, you’ll engage patients on-site, foster health literacy, and ensure seamless coordination among healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and screen patients as part of outdoor medical support programs
- Address patient requests, inquiries, and follow-up needs
- Coordinate activities and information flow between clinics, hospitals, factories, and internal teams
- Generate, compile, and submit regular project reports to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related medical field
- 0–3 years of experience working directly with patients
- Previous involvement in patient support programs (PSP) is a plus
- High level of empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
