Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage our Pharmacy/Hospital Audit initiatives and Patient Support Programs. This role demands a sharp analytical mind, investigative rigor, and strong leadership to ensure compliance in medicine dispensing and optimize program performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of Patient Support Programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
Oversee pharmacy and hospital audits to assess compliance with medicine dispensing protocols.
Investigate discrepancies and non-compliance issues with precision and discretion.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, compliance levels, and program impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field staff, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Liaise with pharmaceutical partners to align program goals and ensure regulatory standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pharma operations, patient support, or audit programs.
- Strong investigative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel dashboards).
- Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in pharma dispensing and patient engagement.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
